The inspection generally takes about 2 1/2 to 3 hours for an average sized home, but can be longer if the home is older or contains a suite. We encourage our clients to accompany us on our inspection, and believe that whenever possible they should be present at the property at the end of the inspection to go over the report and ask any questions they have. After we conclude our discussion the report is uploaded to our secure web server ready for the clients' use.
Our goal is to fairly and accurately report on the condition of each home we inspect. We strive to keep our findings in perspective by helping our clients recognize conditions that are typical or homes of a certain age and design.
